We are an independent support service. We are not the police, Report Fraud, the FCA or a government authority.

What we do

- Explain practical steps to secure accounts and devices
- Explain what evidence is worth preserving
- Explain which organisations exist and what each one does
What we do not do
- We are not the police and we do not take official crime reports.
- We are not Report Fraud, the FCA or a government authority.
- We do not promise that money will be recovered.
- We do not provide investment advice.
- We never ask for passwords, PINs, one-time codes or seed phrases.
Support and legal services are separate
Initial support is free. AY Strategy UK Legal Consulting Ltd also provides legal services under the AY-Legal name. Those services are separate and optional, and are only ever considered if you explicitly ask for them and record a separate consent. Nothing about your support is affected by that choice.
You are never required to instruct AY-Legal in order to receive initial support.
